You will learn,
Learn how to fill the cake layers with cream-cheese icing (or with compote) and stacking cake.
Learn the technique of semi-masking (crumb-coating)
How to create colours, decorate a cake with it, piping skills like borders, ruffles, roses, and writing on the cake
