We recommend coming within your selected pickup window so your cake stays fresh and ready on time. If you’re running late, please let us know via Instagram DM or phone call, we’ll do our best to accommodate!

At One Pound, every cake and dessert is made to order with care, using fresh ingredients and detailed preparation. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been prepared or picked up.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at onepoundcakes@gmail.com and we’ll review your email promptly and do our best to make it right.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the confirmed date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 5 days before the confirmed date are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may receive the full amount as store credit.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the confirmed date are non-refundable.

We are able to change pick up dates based on our availability calendar. However, if bookings are full on the date you wish to change, unfortunately we will not be able to change pick up dates.

We would like to kindly ask that you designated and finalize the date and time upon order reservations.

Unfortunately we are not offering customer flavours at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience, but check out the five flavours we have available to order!

Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2–3 days of pickup for best taste and texture!

• Cheesecakes are best enjoyed cold, straight from the fridge for their creamy texture and clean flavour.
• Buttercream cakes can be enjoyed at room temperature, take it out about 1 hour before serving for the soft and balanced texture.

Detailed storage and care instructions are included on every box.

Our cakes can travel for a maximum of 30 minutes, especially summer time. If you are commuting for more than half an hour, we would recommend using an ice pack or cooler to keep the cake(s) fresh!

Unfortunately, we are not able to make deliveries at this time. This is definitely something we are working on, but as of right now if you need delivery we recommend using uber package delivery!

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship cakes. This is not a service that can be offered with customized cakes as they are made to be enjoyed on the day of.
