Please note that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that everyone gets an equal chance to order as we have limited spots for each day. 

For full refunds, cancellations are available 14 days prior to pick up date. 

For Store Credit, cancellations are available 7 days prior to pick up date. 

Unfortunately, no refunds will be accommodated for any cancellations less than 7 days prior to pick up date.

We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to take more reservations on days that are fully booked because all designs are made only by me. We would like to recommend that you complete your order reservation process at least 2 weeks before the desired pick up date and time!

We are able to change pick up dates based on our availability calendar. However, if bookings are full on the date you wish to change, unfortunately we will not be able to change pick up dates.

We would like to kindly ask that you designated and finalize the date and time upon order reservations.

Unfortunately we are not offering customer flavours at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience, but check out the five flavours we have available to order!

While our cake sponges are made the day before, our cakes are designed on the day of pick up. I would recommend that they be enjoyed on the same day, but if necessary it can be served up to two days from the pick up date. 

Our cakes can travel for a maximum of 30 minutes, especially summer time. If you are commuting for more than half an hour, we would recommend using an ice pack or cooler to keep the cake(s) fresh!

Unfortunately, we are not able to make deliveries at this time. This is definitely something we are working on, but as of right now if you need delivery we recommend using uber package delivery!

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship cakes. This is not a service that can be offered with customized cakes as they are made to be enjoyed on the day of. 

We try our best to be accommodating of our prices as we are a custom cake bakery brand. Because our cakes are custom designed, prices may vary depending on difficulty of the design, colour matching, and labour (It takes up to 2 hours to finish design). As each cake varies in design and is customized for each occasion.
