At One Pound, every cake and dessert is made to order with care, using fresh ingredients and detailed preparation. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been prepared or picked up.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at onepoundcakes@gmail.com and we’ll review your email promptly and do our best to make it right.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the confirmed date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 5 days before the confirmed date are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may receive the full amount as store credit.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the confirmed date are non-refundable.
