Cakes are best kept chilled and transported on a flat surface (car trunk or floor, not on the seat)

Our airy soft chocolate sponge cake layered with rich chocolate cream and our house-made mixed berry jam for the perfect sweet tart balance. Coated in dark chocolate ganache and glossy cherries on top.
